Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack With Care

  Secure your items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware and assembly instructions are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Label and Ship

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
